A: We promote free delivery on all orders over a specific amount. Please refer to main page for updates. 

Q: How do I check on the status of my order?

A: When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. In addition, you will receive another email when your order has been shipped. We will also contact you for confirmation of delivery details. 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 1 business days to assemble, package, and ship your order.

Q: How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

A: Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email and call information for delivery. Order confirmations are sent out immediately.

Q: How is sales tax/VAT calculated on my order?

A: NO, VAT/Sales Tax is added to your order.

Q: What do I do if I my items are damaged?

A: We are not responsible for damaged items, please ensure to check your items during exchange.

RETURNS

Q: Does Peach Fit accept returns or exchanges? 

A: Unfortunately, Peach Fit does not offer exchanges or returns due to sanitary reasons, especially because of Covid-19. There is no way for us to prove that a customer has not worn a product that is being returned or exchanged. Because of this and the obvious sanitary issues it can present, we side with customer safety over offering this service. 

GENERAL

Q: What if an item is sold out?

A: We release a limited amount of all our items. Once we sell out, we do not restock.

Q: How do I wash Peach Fit clothing?

A: For specific care instructions, please refer to the tag inside your garment. Wash Cycle regular, Tumble Dry Low.
